All sales are final

A bid is a commitment to buy. Lots are sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith, and we encourage you to inspect a lot during any published preview.

When we do refund

If a lot is materially different from its description, or if we cannot deliver the item at pickup, we refund the winning bid in full. Raise it with us within 48 hours of collection.

Chargebacks

Talk to us first. A chargeback filed before contacting us suspends the account while we sort it out.

Cancelled bids

We can retract a bid placed in obvious error, at our discretion, as long as the lot is still open and you tell us right away. Once a lot closes, the sale stands.
