What is Space Coast Auctions?
An online auction company based on the Space Coast of Florida. We handle business liquidations, estate items, retail overstock and returns, tools, home goods, electronics and general merchandise.
Where are you located?
Operations are based in Brevard County, Florida. The pickup location varies by auction: an estate sale happens at the residence, a business liquidation at the business site. Always check the auction details of the lot you are bidding on for the exact address, dates and times.
How do I register to bid?
Create an account from the sign in link at the top of the page. You will provide basic contact information, and payment details are collected at checkout when you win.
How does the bidding process work?
Our auctions are timed online events. While a lot is open you can place a bid at the current minimum, or enter a maximum bid and let the system bid on your behalf up to that limit.
How do I know if I have won?
When the lot closes you receive an email with your invoice, the total due and the pickup information. Your winning lots also appear under My bids in your account.
How do I pay for my items?
Through the payment link in your winning email, or from My account. We accept card and PayPal. Buyer’s premium and sales tax, where they apply, are shown on the invoice.
Do you offer shipping?
Not at this time. All items are local pickup only, at the location and during the window specified in the auction details. Please do not bid if you cannot collect the item.
How does pickup work?
Your invoice carries the pickup address, dates and times. Bring the invoice and collect during that window.
What if I do not pick up my items?
Items left after the pickup window are considered abandoned, with no refund, and may be donated or resold at our discretion. Make sure you can make the window before you bid.
