Auction terms

The rules that apply to every lot on this site.

Registration

You must be 18 or older and hold a registered account to bid. One account per person. We can refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion.

Bidding

Bids are binding. The bid increment is shown on each lot. A maximum bid authorises us to bid on your behalf up to that amount, in increments, and no further.

Extended bidding

A bid placed within the final two minutes extends the closing time by two minutes. The extension repeats for as long as bids keep landing inside the window.

Reserve

Some lots carry a confidential reserve. The lot page shows whether the reserve has been met. A lot that closes below reserve does not sell.

Payment

Invoices are due within three business days of the auction closing. Unpaid invoices may forfeit the lot and suspend the account.

Buyer’s premium and tax

A buyer’s premium and Florida sales tax may apply, and both are itemised on your invoice before payment.

All lots are local pickup only. See pickup and collection.
